Can't tell you about the kwik kamp lite, but the bearing buddies are a replacement for the caps in the center of your wheels. You pop out the old caps with a screw driver usually, and then tap in the bearing buddies in their place. The bearing buddies have grease fittings so you can hook up a grease gun to them and grease your wheel bearings without removing the wheels. I've got some on a couple of trailers I use behind a car, and I wouldn't be without them.

You should never have to re-pack your wheel bearings again with bearing buddies.
Just shoot some grease into them each spring and the spring loaded plate forces grease thru the bearings as you ride. Check them thru the summer and, if they get low, just shoot some more grease into them.
Originally, they were used on boat trailers that were immersed in water, to automatically displace the water from the bearings, but they make manual bearing re-packs obsolete for the rest of us non-boaters.
Worth every penny.

Randy: Our local Wal-Mart handles these bearing buddy's.
On my cycle-mate I drilled the hubs from the back and tapped the hole and put a zert in an grease from there. Buddy.s would be hander tho.
