Well it's Monday and time for the Progressive Insurance update.

On Thrusday of last week, I met with a very nice lady named Melody. She looked over my bike and all the things I couldn't get repaired and cut me a check. This is how it should have been before. Many thanks to her.

Now on to Chad. Chad has been assigned lost time and pain & suffering. He called me once and left a message to tell me he was now handling things. I called him back three times before he returned any of my calls. I told him the past history and he said he would get back to me. That was early last week. I've left many messages for Chad and to date, no responce.

I would like to thank Jim Evens, of the Progressive Insurance Co. in New London, CT. for all of his help. If it hadn't been for him I might never gotten the bike fixed. THANKS JIM!!!

Jim

Glad to be of service, I am truly sorry that this happened in the first place. It is not the kind of customer service we normally try to provide. Unfortunetly these things happen rarely. I am just glad we could get the bike taken care of for you.

Glad you got your check James, seems like a big hassel to have to go through. wonder why you had to go through so many??
If you could have dealt with someone like this Fellow (Jim) with progressive, i bet things would have gone much smoother.
seems as if some of those agents you dealt with just aren`t qualified!!
Well anyway, glad ya got the check & hope ya get the bike back in tip-top shape.
thanks for the up-dates.
take care & ride safe,,
Bob
