Hi,
Bought a set of chatterbox headsets at wingding I haven't used them to much, but I have a kind of static in one of the ear pieces when anything comes through it, radio, cb, or conversation. I hear people say they love them, just wondering if anybody else has this problem, and should I try to contact chatterbox.
thanks
david

Contact them .... they will replace it. I have two of them and they are both crystal clear.

Good luck, customer service sucks and I live an hour from them, I sent a headset back for a credit and they gave me the run around about crediting my account and after they gave me a Return number, took about two weeks for them to get their heads out of there you know what, I'll never purchase from them again, each time I called about the return I got a different story.

I wish someone can tell me how to install the full face type. The mic module is so big I am afraid in a crash it will bust out my front teeth.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
ride safe, brian

I had the right earpiece go "dead" and tried to e-mail Chatterbox- couldn't do it. I faxed them and someone called me the next morning. I had to give them my credit card number again and they said they'd send me a replacement. After nearly three weeks and another fax I got the replacement yesterday. Too late for a trip. My wife said that her right earpiece buzzes too loudly. I'll replace mine and try to glue her earpiece in and see if the buzzing stops. Bad customer service in my mind.

Brian,
You have to recess the mike into the foam. I put mine into a Shoei right where the vent was just to the left of my mouth and it works fine.
